Created, wrote and designed a departmental newsletter to increase communication throughout the hospital; that was distributed to 5 departments. Manage and coordinate bed assignments of over 400 patients staying within the hospital. Organization and documentation of 48 – 132 surgical procedures per night for the following workday. Hammond Clinic Sept. 2000 – May 2002 Customer Service

Maintain patient appointment system for nearly 180 patients/day. Modified and wrote 100+ page training manual. Trained and evaluated new employees. Organization of patient and administrative filing system, recreation and modification to out-dated documents.

Moonlit Tournament Alliance Aug. 1998 – Oct. 1999 Manager

Created online tutorials for five different versions of the spades card game. Wrote five training manuals. Responsible for hiring, training and scheduling approximately 30 individuals for four different internet-based jobs. Formed a website with live chat, forums and information regarding progression and tournament status. Often coordinated 300 people in a night within one chat room via voice and text a three-round tournament.
